The benchmark rankings remain the Skytrax Awards which distinguish companies each year in several categories: “Best companies in the world”, “Best low cost”, “Best regional companies”, “Best on-board entertainment”, “Best Eco classes”. .. The British body relies on the opinions of nearly 21 million passengers worldwide. For the sixth time since the award was established in 1999, Qatar Airways has been named the world’s best airline in 2021 by Skytrax.

In 2019, for the third time, the Tripadvisor review site published a list of the best airlines in the world on the occasion of its Travelers’ Choice, rankings based on traveler ratings. This first edition places Singapore Airlines in the overall Top 10. Among the winners, Asia is doing well with 3 of the top 10 companies in the world ranking.
