Disney announced, in a press release published Thursday, August 10, a new increase in the price of its subscriptions. New measures to fight against account sharing as well as an offer with advertisements are mentioned.
Disney has established itself since April 2020 as an essential streaming platform in the audiovisual landscape. But the one that is the only one to offer the studio’s original productions, that is to say Disney films, Marvel productions and productions from the Star Wars universe, finds itself, like its competitor Netflix, faced with a clear decrease in his income. And while the strike of screenwriters and actors in Hollywood should not help that, the Disney group has decided to take the bull by the horns. On the program: a new increase in the price of subscriptions, even more measures to fight against the sharing of accounts and an offer with advertisements.

In addition, for subscribers committed to the Family Pack and Canal Pack offers, Disney is offered to them for 12 months. It is also possible to modify the subtitles during your viewing on Disney, for example to increase the size of the subtitles. Once the video is launched, click on the bubble dedicated to subtitles at the top right of the screen.
