The first Marvel series of the year is coming to Disney. Secret Invasion unveils its first episode on Disney this Wednesday, June 21, 2023. Each week, MCU fans can experience the clash of humans against the Skrulls until the sixth and final episode goes live on July 26. The streaming platform will offer the new episode every Wednesday from 9 a.m. in France.

Secret Invasion is a six-episode American series, the eighth produced by Marvel Studios. Adapted from the famous comics, it is a sequel to the film Avengers: Endgame, taking place shortly after the events related in the 22nd Marvel film released in 2019. Nick Fury embarks on a fight to counter the Skrulls ready to invade the head, with the help of Maria Hill, Talos or even Everett Ross.
An impressive cast has been gathered around the project since alongside his hero Nick Fury, the former director of S.H.I.E.L.D. still played by Samuel L. Jackson (also co-executive producer), will be present Ben Mendelsohn (who returns to his role of Talos as in Captain Marvel), Emilia Clarke in the role of his daughter G’iah, Martin Freeman in that of the former CIA agent Everett Ross and Olivia Colman as an MI6 agent. Marvel Studios has announced that the miniseries will have a sequel in the form of a movie after being announced as a series: Armor Wars, centering on the character of War Machine and the legacy of Tony Stark.
To counter the faction of shapeshifting Skrulls that intends to invade Earth, Nick Fury decides to join his allies, including Everett Ross, Maria Hill and the repentant Skrull Talos, to embark on a race against time. Their one and only goal: to save humanity by thwarting the impending attack by all means.
Secret Invasion does not air on TV and can only be seen via streaming. All you need is a Disney account to watch all six episodes of the miniseries. The first episode is available Wednesday, June 21, followed by one episode each week.
