Two police officers from the brigade anti-criminality (BAC) of Vesoul, on suspicion of violence during an arrest in February, will appear in September before the criminal court of Vesoul, announced on Monday the prosecutor.
The two officers will be tried on September 23, to “violence is illegitimate, committed by a person agent of the public authority” and “fake administration”, announced the prosecutor of the Republic of Vesoul, Emmanuel Dupic, during a press conference.

They received a summons to appear in court Thursday at the conclusion of their custody in the premises of the general Inspectorate of the national police (IGPN) to Metz and face 5 years in prison and a 75 000 euros fine for “false administrative” and 3 years of imprisonment and a 45 000 euro for “violence illegitimate”.
