The recommendation of ten weeks the stock had already been made at the beginning of July prior to the lifting of the state of health emergency, but it is repeated in a context of a rebound in the number of new infection by the coronavirus in France and while the wearing of masks was made mandatory in enclosed public places.
Decentralize inventory
“In case of resumption of the epidemic, the needs could be strengthened and reach hundreds of millions of masks per week”, recalls the note, signed by the ministers of Health Olivier Véran and the Work Elizabeth Terminal, as well as by the delegate minister for Industry Agnès Pannier-Runacher.
