Limit the wage gaps

“In 2018, a leader of the CAC 40 had already earned the equivalent of a MINIMUM wage annual on January 2,” says Oxfam, which is unworthy also of the low representation of women in the directions of the CAC 40. “The end of 2019, women accounted for an average of 20% of the leadership teams in the CAC 40, they are half of the employees, and 5 businesses had no women in their governing bodies”, she noted.
