The Apprentice saw beauty brand owner Amy Anzel fired from the BBC One show after she failed to impress When OK! OK!
The 48-year-old explained that she was devastated by her disappointment.
She said, “I had been contributing significantly to each task. I wasn’t hiding, I wasn’t dodging. It was an unfair and unjustified firing, which I’ve never seen before.”
Amy said: “I have heard him tell candidates before that he will give them another chance and the chance to be PM next Wednesday. He did the same with Nick. Why didn’t he do it with me?
She said that she believed it would be Aaron, her coworker, who got the boot.
Amy said, “I felt like he had already shown his true colours as an a ticking time bomb. He would swoop in and take advantage of people’s sales, which I don’t think is a good trait to have as a business partner. It was me that was shocked.
“I would like him to explain how I avoided the spotlight. Four out of six tasks required me to be a sub-team leader. That’s not hiding. It’s almost like being Vice President. It’s a huge role.
She concluded that he may have thought it was BS and a way to get rid of me. Maybe he didn’t view me as a business partner.
Amy also shared her thoughts on Lord Sugar’s social media presence.
She said, “He’s a little too outspoken in his opinion.” “Sometimes, he’s too harsh or mean. Personally, I wouldn’t be like him.”
Amy answered a question about what was next for her after the show. She said that she wanted to “scale up and expand” her beauty company Hollywood Browzer Beauty, which she feels she has “accomplished.”
She stated that she could keep 100% of her company. I don’t need to give away 50% of PS250K, which isn’t a great deal, so it might have been for the best.
