Oasis, the iconic band led by brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher, has officially announced their reunion tour dates for North America. The band, known for hits like “Wonderwall” and “Don’t Look Back in Anger,” will be performing in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico as part of their “Oasis Live ’25” tour.
The tour dates were revealed on September 30, with shows scheduled in cities such as Toronto, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Mexico City. In an effort to avoid the ticketing issues that plagued their U.K. sales, Oasis’s management has disabled Ticketmaster’s “dynamic pricing” feature for the North American leg of the tour.
Dynamic pricing, which allows ticket prices to surge based on demand, caused frustration among fans during the U.K. ticket sales. Many fans experienced technical difficulties, long wait times, and unexpected price increases when trying to purchase tickets. The U.K. government is currently investigating Ticketmaster over these issues.
In the U.S., Ticketmaster’s sales model has faced criticism in the past, including allegations of monopolistic practices. Despite these challenges, Oasis fans in North America can sign up for a presale on the band’s website. Selected fans will receive a presale code to access tickets on Ticketmaster before the general public.
The “Oasis Live ’25” tour is set to begin in July 2025 in Cardiff, Wales, with the North American leg kicking off in Chicago on August 28. The tour will culminate with shows at Wembley Stadium in London in September 2025.
For fans eager to see Oasis perform live once again, the upcoming tour presents a unique opportunity to experience the band’s legendary music in person. By addressing the ticketing issues that arose during their U.K. sales, Oasis is aiming to provide a smoother and more enjoyable concert experience for their North American audience.
