Liam Payne, the beloved 31-year-old singer, was found dead in Buenos Aires after falling from the third floor of his hotel room at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel. Fans around the world are mourning his tragic death, which has left many questions unanswered about his final moments. According to a statement from the Sistema de Atencion Medica de Emergencia, Liam was reported by hotel staff to be acting aggressively and possibly under the influence of drugs or alcohol before the fall.

The preliminary autopsy report obtained by the Argentina National Prosecutor’s Office revealed that Liam died from polytrauma and internal and external bleeding. The report also mentioned that substances indicating alcohol and drug consumption were found in his room. The cause of death was determined to be multiple traumatic injuries sustained from the fall, with around 25 injuries noted, including to his skull.

A partial autopsy confirmed the presence of multiple drugs in Liam’s system at the time of his death, including crack, benzodiazepine, and “pink cocaine.” Pink cocaine is a combination of various drugs, such as methamphetamine, MDMA, and ketamine. The autopsy report also indicated that Liam was alone at the time of the fall and was experiencing a breakdown due to substance abuse.

Prior to his death, Liam was in Argentina attending a concert by his former One Direction bandmate Niall Horan. He was also on vacation with his girlfriend, Kate, who later returned to Florida. In a TikTok video shared before Liam’s passing, Kate mentioned that their trip to Argentina was meant to be brief.
