At ease in the first three sectors, the Frenchman and all the other machines lost almost 4 tenths in the last sector. On pole position by breaking the track record, Pecco Bagnaia could finally take his first ever victory in the premier class but will have to be wary of his teammate Jack Miller, second on the starting grid. Third, Fabio Quartararo will have to secure points so as not to burn out a joker, he who still has a 65-point lead in the world championship over Joan Mir, 7th on the grid.

To follow this new round of the MotoGP world championship, it’s once again on the Canal group channels. As usual, Canal will broadcast the whole weekend, with free practice live from Friday September 10 and then qualifying on Saturday before the race on Sunday. Free practice will be broadcast on Canal Décalé, as will qualifying, from 2:05 p.m. on Saturday, while the Aragon Grand Prix, from 1:25 p.m. on Sunday with the Grid, will be followed on Canal
