FNAC LIVE. The twelfth edition of the free Fnac Live Paris festival has been cut short. The third concert evening which was to conclude the festival this Friday, June 30, 2023 on the forecourt of the Paris City Hall is canceled.

The new law enforcement system, put in place in the face of the riots that have affected France since the death of a teenager, Nahel M., killed by a police officer in Nanterre on Tuesday June 27, 2023, forced the authorities to cancel the last evening of the festival, according to BFMTV. The twelfth edition of this free festival was to conclude with a third concert evening on the forecourt of the Paris City Hall.

Disiz, Selah Sue, Ofenbach or even Rounhaa were expected to conclude this festival, but the current riots have turned this program upside down. Other events of this type have suffered the same fate, such as the Mylène Farmer concerts scheduled for this weekend at the Stade de France.

The poster for Fnac Live Paris 2023 was revealed on June 6. The organizers had unveiled the rest of the program for the free festival, which resumed its quarters at Paris City Hall from June 28 to 30.
