The Literatuurmuseum/childrenbooks museum in The Hague, for the fifth year in a row, a record number of visitors are drawn in, as reported to the museum on Tuesday. In total, they visited in 2019 is not more than 123.000 people in the museum.

Throughout the 2020, it will be in the spirit of this anniversary, culminating in a special issue of the Kinderboekenparade. This will take place on the 21st of may, the day on which 25 years ago was that, Annie M. G. Schmidt died.
