A snorfietser, it is Monday night, at the point where the Abtspoelweg to the President’s Right, in Oegstgeest, the netherlands, hit by a car.
The accident happened at around 17: 30. The driver of the moped or scooter on the spot by ambulance staff checked it, but didn’t bother to go to the hospital.
