He also wants to launch an internet portal dedicated to animal welfare bringing together the essential information to future purchasers, owners, associations, police forces, judges, prosecutors. To help small shelters and local associations that are “missing considerably of resources”, calls for the establishment of a national Fund, “financed by the amount drawn, on the electronic identification (chipping), and donations of all kinds.”
