O’Brien said that he decided to not reprise his Teen Wolf character because of the ending of the series.
He said, “I decided it was left at a really great place for me and that I still want it there,” he added.
The MazeRunner star stated that he wishes the movie crew “well” and added, “I’m going watch it the first time it comes out. It will be f-king awesome, but I won’t be there.
In September 2021, news broke that the series creator Jeff Davis was planning a movie revival. Paramount+ announced the initial cast last month and confirmed the project.
The original cast members Tyler Posey and Holland Roden, Shelley Hennig and Shelley Haynes, Colton Haynes, Colton Haynes, Shelley Hennig and Orny Adams are returning.
After the finale of season 3, Scott McCall’s character in the film, Posey, will be returning to the set. He saved Beacon Hills by enlisting the help of his friends. The crew is now out of high school but there’s still plenty of evil they can fight in this movie.
