After hearing that Chyna had abused her brother, she demanded that Chyna not be allowed to watch “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

Kardashian stated that she would not work in a toxic environment if she was to collaborate with Chyna. “On my own show I have the power and ability to do that.”

Kardashian testified for over an hour in Los Angeles in a civil case in which Chyna claims Kardashian and three members of her family defamed Chyna. Kardashian testified in a Los Angeles courtroom. She was speaking as part of a civil trial in which Chyna claims that Kardashian and three other members of her family defamed Chyna.

Although her testimony was not remarkable, she spent much time saying “I don’t remember” — but she caused quite a stir by walking from the gallery to stand in dark gray pinstriped pants and white sneakers. After she had stepped down, many reporters ran out of the courtroom to file reports.

Lynne Ciani, Chyna’s lawyer, showed Kardashian a series text messages from late 2016 to early 2017, with Kardashian’s name attached.

Kardashian denied that she ever sent them, but she did admit to their legitimacy.

Kardashian stated, “I don’t remember any text messages I sent this morning.”

After Kardashian viewed one text exchange, a lengthy conversation with Bunim Murray’s producer, she said that “this definitely sounds something I would say.”

She expressed her anger that Chyna could still be filmed by “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” a show on which Chyna has occasionally appeared.

“I believe we all need a break from filming right now until we can figure out what is going on.” The text stated that she was not going to appear on our show. “So, if Rob and Chyna are going to film with you guys, then you will lose the Kardashians or Jenners.”

Although the text exchange seems to make several damning claims about Chyna being filmed by “her” show, Kardashian insists that it was just a quirk in technology.

Kardashian testified that “this is clearly voice dictated” and added, “It’s sometimes rendering ‘our’ as ‘her”. “I wouldn’t refer to her show by the name of ‘her’, but I would call it ‘Rob’s’ show since it’s a spinoff of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

She also stated that Amanda Weinstein, the recipient of “Rob & Chyna,” was not involved in the project.

Kim Kardashian stated that the text exchange revealed that her family and producers had no control over the final decisions about the shows.

One text message stated, “No one listens or respects us.”

They could withhold their participation in the case against “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

Kardashian testified that she has the right to tell cast members that they really need a break.

The trial is now in its seventh day. It includes the testimony of Kardashian’s mother Kris Jenner and Kylie Jenner . This trial focuses on the fight between Chyna Kardashian and Rob Kardashian on December 15, 2016. This led to their eventual split and cancellation of their show.

Ciani asked Kardashian whether she had seen any injuries on her brother that morning.

Kardashian stated, “I only remember him being so emotional in that moment. It’s all just a blur.” “I do remember him looking reddish, but not much else. He was just puffy and red.”

When repeatedly asked if Kardashian directed her sisters to inform producers and executives about the attack, Kardashian replied that she didn’t remember. She eventually became mildly mad at Ciani, but remained composed.

Kardashian stated, “I know that you want my answer changed.” Kardashian said, “You have asked me the same question four times. I wish I could give you a better answer, but I don’t recall.”

Kardashian was asked if Kylie Jenner had instructed her to send an email about the issue. Kardashian responded, “I don’t control my sisters lives and I don’t have conversations before they send emails.”

Later Tuesday, Ryan Seacrest, the host of “American Idol”, was deposed by the jury.

Seacrest claimed that his role as executive producer on “Rob & Chyna” included no duties. Seacrest stated that his contract with “Kardashians”, gave him the title for any spinoffs.

He did however promote the series on his radio show.

When asked about his first impressions of Chyna, he stated that “she was bold & memorable.”

Ciani asked him the question on the video: “Do bold, memorable people make great television?”

“Sometimes yes, sometimes no. “Sometimes yes and sometimes no” was my thought in the episode I watched.

Ciani asked, “Why?”

Seacrest stated, “Because it was my job to promote it.”
