There were thousands of visual effects shots, over eight-hundred page, and almost two years of production. It was also the longest season yet. We are all extremely proud of the final product and can’t wait for you to see it. Season 4 will be released in two volumes due to its unprecedented length. That’s the good news. It’s coming soon. It’s bigger than ever.”Netflix has confirmed that season 4 will air on Friday, May 27th, and that the second part will drop Friday, July 1st. The Duffer brothers teased in a lengthy statement that this might not be the end of the story.
