“Any attempt to control or arrest”

At the time of the accident, a team of the Brigade, tasked with fighting crime (BAC) was travelling in the same residential area and has “crossed” the young man on his moto-cross, said a police source, which provides, however, that there has been no attempt to control or arrest.
