All precautions have been taken after the discovery of a case of coronavirus in a long-term care Facility in Charleville-Mézières (Ardennes). The two sets that make up this building for the elderly have been immediately confined, tells France Blue.

“The person was admitted to the emergency in the night from Saturday to Sunday, was tested on this occasion. She is now back in the hotel, in total isolation in his room,” said Alain Barthélémy, the deputy mayor of the commune.

The results of screening known Wednesday at the latest
In total, 96 residents and five employees of the buildings “Grande-terre” and “Les Pâquis” were given the order not to come into contact with the outside world. Visits with relatives are prohibited, and residents must stay in their room. All have been detected in the stride. For the time being, the results should not be known before Wednesday, 5 August.
