First-time mom Lea Michele is basking in baby bliss.
Since welcoming son last August, the actress, 34, has been settling into her new role as mom. In reality, Michele was having so much fun during the last six months she decided to provide Us Weekly an exclusive inside look into what a normal day in her life resembles.
When the tot is not sleeping, the Glee alum loves spending as much time as she can with him. One of the favorite ways to do this is by taking part in mommy-and-me yoga and going on leisurely walks around her neighborhood.
Staying active was always an essential part of Michele’s lifestyle — years before she became a parent.
“I like any workout that not only is taking good care of my own body from a physical aspect but can also be mentally [beneficial] too,” the singer told Us at 2018, noting that her favorite courses included hot CorePower Yoga and SoulCycle.
Michele added that she loved hiking with her now-husband, Zandy Reich. “He’s a great workout friend,” she said. “We have numerous trails here on the West Coast so I love being outside and getting in a workout outside.”
While exercising twice a week helped her stay fit, eating wholesome was just as critical . “Every single thing I put into my own body would be to nourish and fuel my body,” she advised Us a distinct time at 2018. “I’ve always felt that food is fuel so what you’re eating is going to help your body. So I don’t eat junk food, I don’t eat processed food. I keep only fresh and healthy ingredients in my house so I can feel my best.”

8 a.m.
Michele usually starts her off morning in the kitchen mixing a healthy smoothie. Some of her favorite ingredients include antioxidant-rich berries and fiber-filled greens and apples.
9:30 a.m.
As her 6-month-old kid succeeds, the celebrity enjoys a quiet moment to herself.
11 a.m.
The yogi shares her love for the work out with her small boy.
5:30 p.m.
Towards the close of the afternoon, Michele finds the time to fold her infant’s never-ending heap of laundry. “These socks are too cute!” She says. “If they stayed this little eternally!”
