Portwood said that my children were always my primary priority, even though some might find it difficult to believe this. My family my children are my main priority. I try to be present for them and do what I can to make sure they are happy. In a little over a year, I made a significant change in my life and myself. I’m happy. It was both a blessing and a hard time in my life.

After an argument with her daughter, Abraham’s mom was taken into custody for domestic violence serious assault. According to police reports, Danielsen allegedly grabbed Abraham’s throat and hit her in her mouth. TMZ reported that Danielsen had reached a plea bargain in February 2010. The case was eventually dropped.

Evans and Delp were both arrested in North Carolina for drug possession and breaking and entering while Evans was dating Delp. They were eventually released.

Portwood was charged in December 2010 with two felony charges of domestic battery, one count of neglecting a dependent, and one misdemeanor charge of domestic battery following a domestic abuse incident with Gary Shirley , her ex-fiance with whom she has a daughter, Leah. The fight between Portwood and Gary Shirley, her ex-fiance, was caught on MTV cameras.

An outstanding warrant for cyberstalking, possession and possession of heroin, paraphernalia, and simple assault on her husband, Courtland Rods in March 2012. Driving without a license in Feb 2015.

After pleading guilty in December 2011 to two counts each of domestic battery, Portwood was detained. After a probation search revealed that she had several prescription pills, Portwood spent Christmas in prison.
