Singer-songwriter John Fogerty will be on Saturday, June 13 concert at the Holland International Blues Festival in Grolloo. Fogerty was at the end of the sixties, known as the frontman of the American rock band Creedence Clearwater Revival.
Creedence Clearwater Revival was a worldwide success by by the Fogerty-written such hits as Proud Mary, Bad Moon Rising and Fortunate Son.
After that, the band in 1972, and from each other, went out, and began Fogerty in a year’s time. The music magazine Rolling Stone named him one of the hundred greatest guitar players, one hundred great composers and the one-hundred greatest singers. His latest album, the 50-Year Journey: Live At Red Rocks, was released in november, 2019 at the latest.
The Holland International Blues Festival takes place on the 11th, 12th and 13th of June at the festival in the town of Grolloo in Drenthe (netherlands). This is the fifth edition of the festival.
