The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ matriarch stated from the witness stand in a Los Angeles courtroom that she just wanted her son to be happy. “They had a difficult relationship from the beginning, and I wanted to win for them.”

Jenner was one of four defendants in Blac Chyna’s $100 million lawsuit. The women were accused of conspiring to cancel her reality TV show “Rob & Chyna” and to damage her celebrity status.

Lynne Ciani, Chyna’s lawyer, attempted to cast Kris Jenner’s prejudicious feelings towards Chyna as she began questioning her. She was referring to stories she heard about Chyna’s relationship with Tyga and Kylie Jenner shortly after.

Kris Jenner claimed she heard from Tyga’s daughter that Chyna had physically abused Tyga, and at one time threatened to kill Kylie Jenner.

Ciani asked Ciani why she hadn’t gone to the police or done more to help after hearing these stories.

“I wasn’t that worried. Kris Jenner stated that there were many things going on. “There was just too much drama, which is something I am used to in my family.”

Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian are also scheduled to testify. They watched their mother’s testimony while sitting in the gallery. Kylie Jenner was present at the trial throughout the week, but she was absent on Thursday.

Kris Jenner was wearing an aqua-blue suit when she was called to the stand. She removed her face mask that she had worn while sitting in the gallery, and then put on her glasses.

Ciani asked Kris Jenner about her happy reaction to hearing that her son had been engaged to a woman in 2016. She also reacted the same way when she learned they were expecting a child.

Kris Jenner stated, “People change.” You want to give people another chance. We moved on because we hoped for the best.

Kris Jenner would serve as executive producer for the couple’s spinoff “Keeping Up With the Kardashians”, “Rob & Chyna,” that premiered in September 2016.

Jenner was asked if she prevented footage about her son’s depression being shown, and Jenner replied that she didn’t remember. Jenner said that she might have been able to control the scenes when they were first shot but not once they reached the network.

Ciania asked Kris Jenner if she had ever told Jeff Jenkins (an executive from the E! Both shows were aired by Network. Ciania asked Kris Jenner if she had ever told Jeff Jenkins, an executive from the E!, that her son chose Chyna for a fiancee.

The testimony turned to Dec. 15, 2016, the day that Chyna and Rob Kardashian got into a fight, which would result in her leaving their home and ending their relationship. Wednesday’s testimony by Chyna was mainly about the fight and the celebration of the renewal of the show the night before. Chyna said that she was laughing with her fiancé when she tied a phone cord around him neck and took his unloaded gun from a nightstand.

Kris Jenner stated that she can’t recall whether Rob or Chyna called her first that morning.

She said, “It was chaotic. It was a mess. They were both very upset.” “I was extremely upset because of their extreme upset.

She said she intended to intervene, but her boyfriend Corey Gamble (who will testify later in this trial) wouldn’t allow her.

Kris Jenner stated, “I said that I was going right over, but Corey replied, “No, you’re not, I am going over there.”

The testimony of the day ended there. Kris Jenner was to take the stand again on Friday.

The lawsuit filed by Chyna in 2017 alleges defamation, interference with contracts. Kris Jenner is accused of being a ringleader in a campaign against Chyna for calling her abusive to Rob Kardashian.

Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and two other defendants were also dismissed during the trial.
