New World, Amazon Games’ open world MMO, celebrates the holidays in style with the launch of the Winter Convergence Festival. This festival features new activities, as well as new armor sets and cosmetics. Players can now mine Gleamite for an exclusive item. This is one of many features that were introduced as part the festival. We will now show you how to locate Gleamite Chunks in New World. This will allow you to mine large quantities of Gleamite.

Where can I find Gleamite Chunks on New World?

Gleamite can be obtained in New World by mining Gleamite Chockes. You can follow the path of the many that fall during Gleamite showers, New World’s dynamic event, at different times of the day. You will be able easily spot the large chunks of ground that emit a strong purple glow if you follow the trail. This will help you to see that even though the rains can occur at random times and that the debris falls at random places, the interactive map in the game shows where the Gleamite Chunks are likely to spawn. The interactive map below shows the locations.

You can exchange the Gleamite you have obtained from mining the Gleamite Chockes by simply heading to one of the Winter Village Holiday Huts throughout Aeternum. After completing Joy Recaptured, the quest “Gleamite crystals” can be started by visiting The Winter Wanderer. Once you have a good idea of where to find Gleamite Crystals on New World, make sure to also check out how to quickly level up, as well how to find Fae Iron and Iron Ore.

Amazon Games’ New World is available now for PC. The Winter Convergence Festival of the game will continue until January 11, 2022.
