Johnny Sexton (captain of Leinster, after the defeat in the final of the European Cup 24-21 against La Rochelle): “We are all devastated. It’s a difficult defeat to take, especially since they have a transformation at the last second and we don’t have the opportunity to try to come back. We make a few small mistakes, it’s hard. Obviously there are other things that didn’t happen, especially in the last 30 minutes when we were in control. We had opportunities to score, we could have been more aggressive or got a try rather than a penalty. But hey, it’s easy to say that with hindsight.
