A resident of Tourcoing accuses Gérald Darmanin of the have encouraged sexual relations in exchange for help to obtain housing and employment.

In his letter to the prosecutor of Lille, the association referred to “SMS, letters, invoices seeming to attest to facts that are unlikely to meet the traffic of influence”. Counsel for the minister, Mathias Chichportich, was immediately rejected these accusations. “I hear that the classification of traffic of influence would not have been considered ? (…) To the prosecutor of the Republic Paris, there is no abuse of weakness, or traffic of influence,” he said on Europe 1, in reference to the first decision to dismiss the case.
