English club West Ham announced on Friday that Ukrainian international striker Andriy Yarmolenko, 32, will not be retained when his contract expires next month.

Arrived from Borussia Dortmund in 2018, Yarmolenko (106 caps, 44 goals) played 86 matches and scored 13 goals for the London club, where he never managed to establish himself as a starter.

In March, he scored a decisive goal in added time for the second round of the Europa League, against Sevilla, after being rested for a few weeks by his club, due to the Russian invasion in his native country.

West Ham will also lose Mark Noble who will retire after 18 seasons as the midfielder in their squad.
