The French Ligue 1 championship will resume in a few days, find out all the dates.

The new Ligue 1 Uber Eats season is fast approaching and this year things are changing! For the first time, our good old Ligue 1 will be an 18-club championship, just to make the season even more interesting. The first matches will take place on the weekend of August 12 and 13, 2023 and the 34th and final day is scheduled for Saturday May 18, 2024. The first leg of the Ligue 1 accession play-offs will take place on Thursday May 30, 2024, and the return match will take place on Sunday, June 2, 2024. This double confrontation will pit the 16th in Ligue 1 against the winner of the Ligue 2 playoffs.

On the menu of the first day, PSG will face Lorient. The Parisians, in lack of success during the preparation phase with two defeats including one against Inter, will have to be careful of the trap of the Hakes. A match that will be eagerly awaited since we will know if Luis Enrique will integrate into the Kylian Mbappé group, currently in the loft because he refused to extend with the club. In the other meetings Marseille, very active in this transfer window, especially on the attacking front (Sarr, Aubameyang, Ndiaye), will receive Reims, Lens will move to Brest, Lyon will go to Strasbourg, Rennes will play Metz , Nantes will receive Toulouse. For its first Le Havre will play away against Montpellier, Nice will host Lille and finally Clermont will play against AS Monaco. This season will once again be special because after a year of the World Cup, the players will be in a year of CAN, Euro and Olympic Games. A particularly busy program if we also add all the European competitions.

The calendar for the new Ligue 1 season was unveiled on Thursday June 29 with, for the first time, a calendar with 34 days. The 1st day will take place on the weekend of August 12 and 13, 2023 and the 34th and last on Saturday May 18, 2024 with a multiplex.
