GP EMILIA-ROMAGNE. This is a first for a French driver! This Sunday, Fabio Quartararo won the title of world champion at the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix.

[Updated October 24, 2021 at 3:25 p.m.] Frenchman Fabio Quartararo will certainly never forget this date of Sunday, October 24, 2021. It is the date when he was crowned Moto GP World Champion, during the Grand Prix d ‘Emilia-Romagna. If the 22-year-old Frenchman had had a less prodigious Saturday, because of a wet track which left him only 4th place, Fabio Quartararo was able to catch up this Sunday. Taking advantage of the fall of his rival Francesco Bagnaia, five laps before the final finish, the young prodigy won the title that no other Frenchman had ever managed to have before, that of world champion.
