In a container, add the natural yogurt, water, yeast and mix. You will get a homogeneous liquid.
Now add the flour and salt and then start mixing with a spoon. When the dough becomes heavy, knead it by hand until it comes away from the bottom of the container. Add the oil and mix again.
Dust a surface with flour and divide the dough into ten equal parts. Make balls with each piece and roll them out with a rolling pin until they are the size of a small pancake
Cook in a skillet over medium heat, until golden brown on both sides. No need to grease the pan if it is non-stick. The buns will rise and fall.
Brush with oil and prepare as you prefer, plain or stuffed like a sandwich.
