Liverpool announced on Friday that midfielders Fabinho and Thiago Alcantara will be part of the squad that travel to Paris to play in Saturday’s Champions League final against Real Madrid.
“The duo are part of the group making the trip to Paris for the Stade de France game on Saturday after injury fears, and they will be available to return,” the Reds wrote on their website.
Fabinho was injured on May 10, against Aston Villa (2-1), leaving after half an hour of play, hit in the hamstrings.
Thiago Alcantara had been replaced at the break against Wolverhampton (3-1), after a muscular alert.
The Brazilian and the Spaniard are essential members of the midfield of the Reds who will play their third C1 final in 5 years against Real who beat them in 2018 (3-1).
