The number of deaths due to the Covid-19 has doubled since the June 2 in the world and more than 100 000 new deaths have been reported in 17 days, from 26 July.

The pandemic of novel coronavirus killed over 750 000 people in the world since its discovery in China in December, according to a count conducted by the AFP on Thursday afternoon. The number of deaths due to the Covid-19 has doubled since the 2 June and more than 100 000 new deaths have been reported in 17 days, from 26 July. There had been a delay of 114 days between the announcement of the first official death in China, and the census of 250, 000 deaths in the world, and then 55 more days to exceed the mark of half a million deaths, on June 28.

The situation is still critical in America
