FRANCOFOLIES. The 38th edition of the Francofolies de La Rochelle festival begins this Wednesday, July 12 and will last until Sunday, July 16. Here’s everything you need to know about the event.

[Updated July 12, 2023 at 11:03 a.m.] It’s the big day: the Francofolies de La Rochelle, 2023 edition, begin this Wednesday, July 12! For five days, dozens of artists will perform on the various stages of the event, which celebrates its 38th edition this year and is (almost) sold out. Nearly 150,000 festival-goers are expected until Sunday in La Rochelle.

Among the artists of the 2023 program of Francofolies de La Rochelle, Deluxe, Kungs, Flavien Berger, -M-, Shaka Ponk, Lomepal, DJ Snake, Renaud, Yuksek, Pomme or Matmatah, but also Voyou, Sly Johnson, B.B. Jacques, San Salvador, Sheila, Matt Holubowski, Cali, Martin Luminet, Pierre Guénard, Contraband and Di Bosco.

After a memorable edition in 2022, the organizers of the Francofolies de La Rochelle festival quickly announced the dates for next year’s festivities: on your calendars, the public has an appointment from July 12 to 16, 2023!
