Model rescue – but for Dachauer came too late to help
The companion to the 26-Year-old, who had to watch everything, reacted exemplary. She immediately called the mountain rescue and began the search of their buried friend. A crisis intervention team (KIT) took care of on the spot to the attendant of the crashed skier. In the rescue operation about 50 persons were involved, among other things, the mountain rescues, Au and Schoppernau, the Feuerwehr Schoppernau, an emergency room physician, the Alpine police, as well as the KIT-Au Team to the police.
