A Munich Pensioner as a Divorced case in a Law – the costs to him after the death of his Ex-wife and a handsome fortune.

Munich – Otto Waldenmaier has more than 59.000 euros to the pension Fund to pay for his long-dead Ex-wife! The retired 76-Year-old, the EMT-specialist instructor in the army was that, after 23 years of marriage in 1985 divorced his wife. In 1993, the Munich-based retired.

excitement in Munich: “It is a German law”

“It’s nonsense to pay for a deceased Person.”, waldenmaier outraged. However, what appears to be so mind-boggling, is applicable German law. “If I didn’t say that in the case of the pension Fund: ‘I see it, to pay for the Dead’, have told me: the Greeks or the Italians would not accept that, but it’s a German law.”

The CDU member of the Bundestag Kai Wegner has been fighting for years against this nonsense law, of the nationwide, tens of thousands of men and occasionally women are concerned – and quite a bit of money in the pension funds flush. “The Amendment of this Gaga-scheme would be too expensive, I was informed,” says Wegner.

Munich Germering Pensioner shares the same fate

The Munich-based Pensioner Waldenmaier first tried to fight with the lawyers of the German armed forces against the nonsense-payment. “But they told me only: Not a Chance!” But then, he happened to meet a Germering Pensioner and had to pay for his dead Ex. “He told me that he had managed to by using a lawyer in Pforzheim, Germany, from the crazy number out of here.” Forest Maier turned to these pension consultants: Rudi Werling helps for years, Concerned from the whole of Germany – and could only reach Bavaria in several dozen cases, the supply of compensation could be adjusted, often even after many years of retirement. Also in the case of forest Maier expert Werling had success: In may 2018, the family court of Munich decided that the Pensioner does not have to pay longer for his dead Ex-wife.

with Retroactive effect from 1. December 2016, he’s even got the overpaid Pension refunded: around 11,000 euros! Nevertheless, the fact remains that each case has to fight for his right – “is much more useful it would be to simply change the law”, the CDU-man Wegner. “There are even curious cases where the new husband of the Ex-benefits woman after the death of the pension of the Ex-husband,” says a pension consultant Werling (to reach his office by E-Mail is below: info@versorgungsausgleich-kanzlei.de).
