All of the three hundred harassing asylum seekers on a national list and individual approach in writing to the central government on Monday. It is intended that the overlastgevers by means of this list will be better for the proper authorities.

The department of Justice and the Security reported at the end of last year that asylum seekers who have sort of problems and offending on the so-called Top-X list. The list shall be compounded monthly on the basis of information provided by the police department and the Central agency for the reception of asylum-seekers.

In the Dutch provinces of Groningen, Friesland and Drenthe will start with the staff of the ministry of Security and Justice, the so-called ketenmariniers on Monday, with the individual address of the harassing asylum seekers. In the northern provinces of the netherlands are going to be of the order of about eighty overlastgevers on the list.

These people are suspected of the offense, shoplifting, and burglary. They are from the harsher dealt with the “inconvenience for local residents, business owners and employees to push back,” says the ministry.
