She wrote in February “Looking at all of my desires coming to fruition,” emphasizing her strong work ethic. “Back to work. You can manifest whatever you want, but if it doesn’t get done you won’t see the results. Ask, Believe, Receive.”
She may be able to fit in with her co-stars because of her positive attitude and ability to do anything. Jason was a proud father and a great friend to his employees last year. He even praised Mary and Chrishell, for their contributions.
Mary works hard sometimes and is often too busy with small deals. “I’m like, “Take it easy,”” the reality star said to Us Weekly exclusively in December 2021. “Chrishell is a hard worker. Yes, Emma, Chrishell, and Mary. But, I don’t think I can rank the entire [team]. I was not surprised by how well Emma did in the office, but I was very pleased with her performance on and off camera. She’s an impressive woman, I think.
Chelsea is not only the newest addition to the cast but also a newcomer in the Oppenheim Group overall, having spent her first year as a Realtor at another L.A.-based company. Jason introduced her to her husband Jeff Lazkani.

1. She has been in the real estate game since 2017.
Chelsea was an agent with Rodeo Realty from June 2017 to the time she joined the cast of Selling Sunset — the same agency that employed Million-Dollar Listing Los Angeles’ Josh Flagg.
2. She holds multiple degrees
L.A.-based agent, graduated in 2013 from the University of Buckingham in England where she studied economics and business. She received her degree in International Oil and Gas Management at the University of Dundee, Scotland two years later.
3. She is a mother of two
In 2017, Chelsea wed Jeff. They share a son Maddox Ali Lavon, and a daughter Melia Man. They welcomed them in January 2019 and November 2020.
4. She loves luxurious vacations
Chelsea finds luxury in the homes she sells, but she also finds it when she travels. Her Instagram shows that she loves the finer things in life, such as yachting along the Almalfi Coast of Italy and honeymooning in Maldives.
5. She is a big believer in manifestation
The Netflix personality shared her thoughts via Insta after their daughter was born on November 11, 2020. “Our perfect angel has arrived. “I manifested you exactly on this exact date, 11/11,” she captioned a picture of her holding her baby girl. “I have dreamed about you my whole life, and I love you from the bottom of my heart.”
