John Stamos, an alumnus of Full House, recalled the last messages they exchanged.
“This was Taylor Hawkins last text to me: “Ya We have yet to fully have an hang – Got to put that s-t together until we die,”” the Grandfatheredalum. He was 58 and tweeted on Saturday, March 26. “Wise words from a friend – put this s-t together!” It’s so sad. Another one lost too soon.”

This request was made by a group that featured TWO incredible drummers. It was an amazing session that cemented my friendship with Taylor and the guys. They asked me later if they would like to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. I sang on “Get Back” with them. Taylor was a great drummer. That night will be a memory I will never forget. It was a very sad day to learn that he had passed away. Thanks Taylor for spending some wonderful minutes with me. I will always remember you as a Rock and Roll legend.
