The Spanish club ended up finding the opening against the Reds just before the hour mark, thanks to Vinicius Jr who scored the only goal of the match (59th) in one recovery, alone at the far post. Carlo Ancelotti’s men thus offer a 14th Champions League to the Madrid club which succeeds Chelsea.
