Kaja Sokola, the former model, claims Weinstein pinned her down and did some disgusting things to her after luring her to his hotel room with the promise of helping her with her career.
Apparently, this isn’t the first time he’s been accused of this kind of behavior. Sokola also says he molested her when she was just 16, which adds a whole new level of creepiness to this whole situation. The dude, who’s now 73, is only being charged for the 2006 incident, not the one from four years earlier. I mean, I’m not really sure why that matters, but I guess we’ll see how it all plays out.
It’s pretty crazy to think about how this guy was once this big shot in Hollywood and now he’s in a wheelchair facing serious allegations. The prosecutor is saying he used his power to take advantage of these women, which honestly sounds like something out of a movie. I mean, seriously, what a total abuse of power.
