Between the increase in the price of food, the next increase in electricity prices, and prices at the pump that are still high, the level of l inflation reached 5.6% in September over one year. Enough to put low wages in great difficulty as the holidays approach. This year, the amount of the Christmas bonus remains the same (as since 2009): 152.45 euros for a single person. For a couple with two children, this amount rises to 320.14 euros.
This Christmas bonus should be paid on December 15, 2022 to beneficiaries of certain social minima such as RSA, ASS or AER.
